Keenan Knight

Keenan comes to Ukiah by way of St. Petersburg, Florida (and truly by way of Olathe, Kansas) After managing a high-volume cocktail program in Tampa, FL he moved to Asheville to continue his bartending career, and relish in some seasons again. Florida heat is no joke!  On his off days, Keenan hosts lively dinner parties, (complete with top-notch tiki drinks,) and hikes North Carolina with his girlfriend and their rescue dogs. He can also be found joyfully hitting up every farmer’s market in town, getting inspiration for his next cocktail creation
