Enjoy dishes such as Karaage Chicken & Waffles with salted butter + matcha sugar, Breakfast Ramen with tonkotsu-egg broth, maple shichimi bacon + sunny side egg plus Japanese twist on southern New Year’s Day traditions including sake braised Black Eye Peas + Collard Greens with BBQ Pulled Pork, bacon vin + crispy shallots.
