JAPANESE WHISKEY
In design, Japanese whisky is most similar to the scotch tradition: double distilling, malted and/or peated barley, before it is aged in wooden barrels. It tends to be drier, smokier + peatier than the sweeter American Bourbons and Ryes and comes as single malts or blends. Served as 1oz + 2 oz pours
