With several years of restaurant management in both the USA and England, Lizzy met Haigh and Lewis at the opening of ZUMA Miami in 2010. Running several departments from reservations to PR in the Japanese hotspot.

Her and her partner had spent many months in Asheville visiting friends and family, before finding the perfect location for Ukiah.

As CCO (chief creative officer) for Scotch + Bacon Group, she over sees the creation and development of the UKIAH Japanese Smokehouse brand, social and press relations including upholding the groups community and non-profit alignment. She loves the restaurants continued partnerships with amazing organizations such as Beloved Asheville, Brother Wolf, Food Connection + Pisgah Conservancy.
