5Brad VonCanon is our Sous Chef here at Ukiah. Joining our team in 2021 with 20 years of experience in restaurants, he quickly became a leading force in the kitchen.
Most evenings you will find him on the hotline, but when he is not at Ukiah – his family is the most important thing. He loves whipping up Italian food for his two kids and partner or going to a game with his dog Smoky.
Living in Asheville since 2008, he is excited that it has become a town known for great dining experiences and is honored to be part of that.
